In the 2018 Year in Review, Pornhub’s statisticians revealed many of the year’s most searched for games and characters including Fortnite, Overwatch, Red Dead Redemption and more.
The first three months of 2019 have seen numerous new game releases, so our friends at Kotaku asked which ones sent gaming fans to Pornhub in search of the hottest new game-play and porn parody videos.

Ahead of the Spice Girls’ upcoming reunion tour, the group’s own Scary Spice, Melanie Brown (a.k.a. Mel B) revealed in an interview that she had slept with bandmate Geri Halliwell (aka Ginger Spice) during the group’s heyday back in the 1990s.
If you’ve been following the Pornhub Insights blog, you already know that Lesbian (NSFW) is the most viewed category of video, so we weren’t surprised when searches for Mel B, Geri Halliwell and even ‘Spice Girls’ all saw massive increases over the last 48 hours.
While Geri Halliwell had the biggest search increase of 2187%, it’s actually Mel B who had the most searches. On an average day, Mel B has four times the volume of Geri’s searches, so an 802% increase is quite significant.
No word yet if a sex tape of their encounter exists, or if it would be available on VHS or LaserDisc.
Denmark Insights
Denmark ranks 28th worldwide for traffic to Pornhub, an impressive showing considering their worldwide population rank of 114th. The average visitor spends around 9 and a half minutes each time they visit, just a few seconds less than the worldwide average. Women account for 26% of traffic, matching the world, but less than nearby Norway’s 28% female traffic. The average visitor age is 3 years older than the world at 38 years.
Saint Patrick’s Day – Getting Lucky
Whether you’re feeling lucky or not, St Patrick’s Day is always a fun time and that fun carries over to Pornhub.
Searches containing “leprechaun” increase by 1238% on March 17th, “shamrock” by 811% and “Irish anal” by 412%. Other Irish related terms that grew on St. Patrick’s Day include “Irish cougar”, “Irish Amateur”, “Irish lesbians” and “Irish creampie”.
